Comparison

Dynamic log reports and some fixed log reports allow you to display data for two PointIDs on one log page.  The process is:

  1. Decide which is the master PointID and which is the slave, and note the PointID names.
  2. Go to INPUT | Point, and go to the row for the master PointID, set POINT.Associated_PointID to the slave PointID.
  3. Go to OUTPUT, and select one of the following logs CPTU COMPARISON A4, CPTU COMPARISON LETP or a dynamic log.
  4. Run the output, and if you selected a dynamic log, check the User Report variable Comparison, and optionally you can set a value for Override Associated PointID.
