I can't validate my license

Problem

I can't validate my license. I have entered the correct license/serial numbers, checked my firewall settings, and checked that I have network connection to the license server.

Solution

It could be all seats are occupied, so you could Kill All connections using the Network UniKey Server Console application. Is that doesn't work, try restarting the Network License Server. To do this, open up the Network UniKey Server Console application on the license server, select Network from the left pane, click the Stop button then Start. Also try physically unplugging and plugging the hardware key from the license server.
