gINT license expiring soon message

Problem

When opening gINT an expiring soon message displays, but you have paid the SELECT support and maintenance subscription.

Solution

These are the likely problems and solutions:

  1. Do you have the correct gINT Product open?  See which product has the tick against it in the Help menu and if you have the incorrect product ticked then select the correct one
  2. Have you activated the product, if not use the Help > License Wizard
  3. Try sending the license logs, use Help > License Tool, Tools > Send Logs Now
  4. Are you logged into the Benetly Connection Client? Also are all PCs used by your company authenticated?
