Unikey Network Server Console doesn't list the UniKey Hardware ID

Problem

Unikey Network Server Console doesn't list the UniKey Hardware ID.

Solution

Work your way through these points:

  1. Is the green light on for the usb key?
  2. Is the usb detected by windows?
  3. Still have a problem?  Make a support ticket and tell us:
    1. How the usb is attached to the server
    2. What version of the Network License Key Server is installed?
    3. Take a screen shot of UniKey Network Server Console, showing the service manager tab
