Display a watermark on a log report

How can I display a "Draft" watermark on a printed log report?

Step-by-step guide

The DGD Tool is setup to display watermark text "Concept", "Draft", or "Preliminary".  You can define this in the field PROJECT_OPTIONS.Watermark to apply it to all PointIDs in the project, or in POINT_OPTIONS.Watermark for individual PointIDs.
