How to make a Bentley service ticket

You might want to make a service ticket with Bentley if you have one of these situations:

  • You wish to change your Site Administrator or add second administrator - select Website Assistance
  • You wish to request that a PC listed on the Client Authentication By Site be ignored because that PC is no longer available - Use quick link https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/CCregistration
  • You wish to request a waiver for a QTL invoice - seletc Billing, Order and Contract Support

Step-by-step guide

1. Login to: https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ and choose what type of service do you need.

2. Fill in the Service ticket form. Put the description and detail. Add attachment when necessary. 

Note: Please mentioned your Bentley Customer ID number in the description.

3. Submit your form by licking the Submit to support button. The screen will display the service ticket number and in few minutes you will received email summary of your service ticket from support@bentley.com  


Usually within 48 hours there will be a response to your service ticket.
