Introduction
When the Receiver receives AGS Format data from the Data Generator, potentially there will be errors with the data or the data structure. Therefore, all incoming data must be checked and screened for compliance with the relevant AGS standard before it is accepted for use by the Receiver. This document describes the procedures to check the data for integrity, validity, completeness and compliance to ensure the resulting data used by the Receiver is of the highest possible quality.
It is strongly recommended that the person responsible for checking the AGS data has a good understanding of the AGS data format. The following resources are available to you for further reference.

This report may also be useful for Data Generator, to inform them of the procedures that their data will undergo before acceptance, and so that they may generate their data in a manner that is more likely to pass the checking procedures.
